मेरे जीवन का प्रथम अनुभव नीमका गांव के बच्चों के साथ

आज रंगनाथन सोसाइटी फॉर सोशल वेलफयर एंड लाइब्रेरी डेवलपमेंट: "प्रोत्साहन चैरिया"  की तरफ से मुझे नीमका गांव के प्राथमिक विद्यालय में छात्र व् छात्रों के प्रमाणपत्र वितरण सम्हारो में जाने का अवसर मिला! आज मैं नीमका गांव के इतने प्यारे प्यारे बच्चो से मैं मिल पाई हूँ इसके लिए मैं बेमटेक फाउंडेशन और रंगनाथन सोसाइटी का ह्रदय से धन्यवाद करती हूँ !

चलो अब मैं आपके साथ अपना आज का प्रथम अनुभव साझा करती हूँ ! 

आज से दो दिन पहले जब मुझसे नीमका गांव जाने के लिए पूछा तो मैंने कहा हाँ मै वहाँ जाना चाहूँगीं और फिर अगले ही दिन समय कुछ ३ बजे के करीब रहा होगा, कहा गया कि एक बार सोच लो वहाँ पर गर्मी बहुत होगी बाद में मत कहना कि हम तो गर्मी में झुलस गए! एक बार तो लगा कही मैंने गलत हाँ तो नहीं भर दी वहाँ पर जाने के लिए फिर सोचा देखते है क्या होता है ! आज जैसे ही मैं वहाँ पहुंची और जब नीमका गांव के बच्चो से मिली तो मेरा अनुभव कुछ और ही था ! ऐसा मैंने पहले कभी महसूस नहीं किया था जैसा मैंने आज महसूस किया था ! वो बच्चे इतने मासूम है कि मैं उनको देखती ही रह गयी ! आज सच मैं ऐसा लगा की बच्चो के साथ मैं भी बच्ची बन गयी हूँ ! मैंने बच्चों के साथ डांस किया ! जब तक मैं बच्चो के साथ थी तब तक मैं अपनी सारी चिंताओं से बहुत दूर थी ! उसके बाद हमने उन बच्चों को प्रमाण पत्र दिए ! उन छोटे छोटे बच्चों का डांस , उनका गाना सुनाने का तरीका बहुत ही मनमोहक था उसको शब्दों में बया नहीं किया जा सकता है ! बच्चे अपनी छोटी छोटी चीजों पर किस प्रकार खुश होते है ये कोई सीखना चाहता है तो बच्चो से सीखे ! जैसे आज मैंने सीखा है की किसी भी हाल में बस खुश रहो क्योकि ख़ुशी तो हमारे सब के पास है बस उसको जीना पड़ता है ! सही में मैंने नेहरू चाचा के बारे में बस सुना था पर आज मैंने साक्षात्कार देख भी लिया ऋषि सर उन  बच्चो के लिए चाचा नेहरू है ! जिस प्रकार वो सारे बच्चे अपनी बातें मनवा लेते है उस प्रकार कोई नहीं मनवा सकता है क्योकि उनके सामने हर कोई नहीं बोल पता है ! लेकिन बच्चों ने तो अपने घूमने जाने के कार्यकर्म की भी हाँ भरवा ही ली थी और मुझे ऐसा लगता है बिमटेक फाउंडेशन , रंगनाथन सोसाइटी  कभी नीमका गांव के प्रोत्साहन चैरिया के किसी भी काम को मना नहीं कर पाएंगे ! इन सब में बच्चो के साथ फोटो खींच वाते हुए कब वहाँ से जाने का समय हो गया पता ही नहीं चला ना कोई गर्मी का अहसास हुआ बस अंत तक एक भरपूर आनंद का अहसास होता रहा ! इस प्रकार आज का अनुभव मेरा बड़ा ही शानदार रहा है ! उसको मैं कभी भविष्य में भूल नहीं पाऊँगी ! मैं बिमटेक फाउंडेशन और रंगनाथन सोसाइटी से विनती करती हूँ कि मुझे आगे भी नीमका गांव के प्रोत्साहन चैरिया के कार्यकर्म में जाने का मौका दे, क्योकि मुझे अब इंतिजार रहेगा कि मैं वहाँ अब कब जाउंगी बच्चो से कब मिलूंगी!

BIMTECH Vidhya Kendra

BIMTECH Vidhya Kendra is Integrated Education Center established by BIMTECH at Pari Chowk Metro Station, Greater Noida. It is an inclusive project which is one of its kind in India which is initiated with visionary mission of the authorities of NMRC. It was initiated with an objective to achieve inclusive and quality education for all and to provide equal access to affordable vocational training eliminating gender and wealth disparities and to facilitate universal access to quality digital literacy.

Objectives of the Project

• To run a literacy programme;
• To develop programmes which lead to Women Empowerment and Gender Equality;
• To help needy students to excel in their studies
• To assist students to see the relevance of the academic module to the real world.
• To enhance the self-esteem and self-confidence of students.

Programmes at the Project

Akshar Gyan - To provide Basic Literacy Services for the needy populace;

Remedial Classes – To provide the curative education to the children;

Digital Literacy Programme (DLP);

Dispensary – To provide Medical Care;

BIMTECH Pustkalaya – To provide library services to the nearby community and commuters of Metro.

Akshar Gyan

Akshar Gyan Classes have been started for all those, be a child or a woman, who did not get the education opportunities earlier in his/her life. They are taught reading and writing, basic vocabulary and useful expressions in Hindi and English language that will enable them to communicate properly.

Training of Participants

•   Life Skill Education – to provide them the abilities for adaptive and positive behaviour that will enable them to deal effectively with the demands and challenges of everyday life;
•    Livelihood Education – to enhance their capabilities, assets, income and activities required to secure the necessities of life.

Curative Education

Special remedial classes are organized for students of Government Schools who belong to weaker section of the society with illiterate parents and cannot afford private tuitions. There is a plan to start classes on subjects like English, Mathematics and Science. Sessions for Mathematics for classes 6th to 10th have already been started.

Digital Literacy Programme

A three-month basic computer course has specially been designed for people who are neo-literate with regard to computer skills. Participants are imparted training about basic computer skills and use of Internet resources.

Co-Curricular Activities

Apart from making the activities as a regular features of the classes, every Saturday has been reserved as the activity day. Activities include:

·      Watching Movies and other Inspirational Videos

·      Sports Events

·      Motivational Speeches

·      Waste Management

·      Various Competitions

BIMTECH Pustakalaya (Library)

A library has been opened with approximately 1000 books to cater to the information needs the nearby community and also for the commuters to read books during their daily commute so that they can refresh and enrich themselves with reading. Books on varied subjects have been added in the library for the access of its users.

आपके उद्यम हमारे अवसर

यूँ तो पिछले दस वर्षों से, जबसे ईश्वर ने सामाजिक कार्यों को करने की सदबुद्धि दी एवं बिमटेक और खास तौर पर डॉ.हरिवंश चतुर्वेदी sir के कुशल मार्गदशन में इस कार्य को विधिवत करके का अवसर प्राप्त हुआ, कई ऐसी मार्मिक घटनाओं से साक्षात्कार हुआ कि वे एक तरफ प्रेरणा श्रोत है तो दूसरी और मानवीय संबंधों को झकझोर देने वाली भी है. 

घटना दस दिन पुरानी है | "बिमटेक विद्या केंद्र" परी चौक मेट्रो स्टेशन वाले प्रोजेक्ट पर एक महिला आई नाम है उनका पूजा (परिवर्तित नाम), उम्र ये ही कोई ४८ - ५० के आसपास और पहनावे उढ़ावे से भी बहुत ही साधारण परिवार से प्रतीत होती थी | विद्या केंद्र की एक शिक्षिका ने हमसे उनका परिचय कराया और बताया कि पूजा जी "अक्षर ज्ञान" की क्लास ज्वाइन करना चाहती हैं | पूजा जी क्यों पढ़ना चाहती है एवं कितना पढ़ना चाहती है, बताते - बताते वे रोने ही लगती है |
पूजा जी, के एक बेटी एवं एक बेटा है, बेटी MBA करके नॉएडा में एक मल्टीनेशनल कंपनी में कार्यरत हैं और स्वाभाविक तौर पर अच्छी पगार भी पा रही है | बेटा भी BBA कर चुका है और अपने पिता के छोटे से व्यवसाय में हाथ बटाने के साथ साथ MBA की भी तैयारी कर रहे है | पति की एक तुगलपुर में छोटी सी दुकान है और पूजा जी स्वयं भी वर्षों से कुछ विभिन्न प्रकार की मेहनत मजदूरी करके घर की आर्थिक दुर्बलता को सुधारने के प्रयास में पूरी ईमानदारी एवं श्रद्धा से लगी हुई है | दोनों बच्चे अभी अविवाहित है और घर के आर्थिक हालात भी काफी कुछ ठीक हो चुके है, दोनों बच्चे उच्च शिक्षा प्राप्त कर चुके है और ऊपरी सतह पर सब "ठीक" चल रहा है परन्तु अंदर ही अंदर पूजा जी बहुत ही टूटी हुई है, थकी हुई है एवं बहुत ही दुखी है ...पर हार नहीं मान रही है, फिर से जूझने को तैयार है, तैयार है एक नई जंग लड़ने को, उनको ज़रूरत है तो सिर्फ एक अवसर की, थोड़े से मार्गदर्शन की और प्यार भरे सहयोग की...
पूजा जी का दुःख है उनके अपने बच्चों द्वारा उनका अनादर .... और अनादर का कारण है उनकी अशिक्षा, उनका निरक्षर होना | बताते - बताते कई बार आंसुओं के रूप में छलके अपने दर्द को पौंछती है और बताती है कि किस तरह संघर्ष करके उन्होंने अपने आप को निरक्षर रखते हुए अपने दोनों बच्चों को उच्च शिक्षा का सपना सजोया और उसको पूरा भी किया ... परन्तु अब वे ही बच्चे उनको अनपढ़, निरक्षर करकर अपमानित करते है, उनको अपने दोस्तों से मिलवाने में अपमानित महसूस करते है, अपने साथ कहीं बाहर लेकर जाने में उनको शर्म आती है ........बेटी बोलती है कि आप तो अनपढ़ है हमारी "फीलिंग्स" को नहीं समझ सकती हो.. ... रोते - रोते, पूछती है हमसे , कि "सर, आप बताइये कि अपनी कोख से जन्मी बच्ची की "फीलिंग्स" को समझने के लिए किताबी ज्ञान और पढ़ा-लिखा होना ही ज़रूरी है क्या....बेटी अब बड़ी हो गई है, बड़ी कंपनी में काम करती है ४०-५० हजार रुपए महीना कमाती भी है ,,,, पर हमेशा उलाहना देती है कि आपकी वजह से हम अपने किसी "फ्रेंड" को घर पर भी नहीं ला पाते है.....वगैरा ... वगैरह ...
परन्तु उन रोती हुई आँखों में एक दृण शक्ति भी है आत्मविश्वास भी .....कहती है "सर, अब मैं अपने लिए जीना चाहती हूँ, पढ़ना चाहती हूँ, अपने सारे काम खुद ही करना चाहती हूँ......दिखाना चाहती हूँ अपने बच्चों को कि जिनकी खातिर ता उम्र, अपने आप को निरक्षर रखते हुए उनको उच्च शिक्षा दिलाई ,,, अब मैं भी शिक्षित होकर दिखाउंगी .....आप तो बस अपने "जनता स्कूल " में एडमिशन दे दो" . और मैं ... निःशब्द ,,,,एकदम से शून्य .....जब पूछा कि क्या पढ़ना चाहती हो , कितना पढ़ना चाहती हो और क्यों पढ़ना चाहती हो....तो बहुत ही मासूमियत परतुं दृंढ़ता से बताती है कि इतना पढ़ना चाहती हूँ कि मोबाइल में अपने जानने वालों के "नंबर्स सेव" कर लूँ और ज़रूरत पड़ने पर उनसे मदद ले सकू या उनसे बात कर सकूँ.. क्योंकि अब बच्चों का तो कोई भरोसा नहीं है...थोड़े बहुत शब्द पढ़ना सीख लूँ .......और फिर अपने बच्चों से कह सकूँ कि मैं अब अनपढ़ नहीं हूँ...
उसी दिन से उनके विधिवत "अक्षर ज्ञान" की शिक्षा प्रारम्भ की गई ...तो पता चला की उनकी आँखों की रौशनी कम है.... लगन की दाद देनी होगी , उसी दिन पूजा जी ने चश्मा भी ले लिया ...अब वे "बिमटेक विद्या केंद्र " की नियमित "छात्रा" है, समय पर आना, पूरी ईमानदारी और लगन के साथ सीखना एवं औरों को भी प्रेरित करना ... ये पूजा जी की खूबी है... कक्षा ख़तम होने पर केंद्र के लिए श्रमदान भी करती है... गाँव में, बस्ती में. जाकर अन्य अशिक्षित महिलाओं को जाग्रत करने एवं उन्हें केंद्र तक लाने का कार्य वे "बिना कहे" पूरी ईमानदारी से कर रही है ....
पूजा जी ने हिम्मत नहीं हारी और एक नई मंज़िल की ओर बढ़ चली ... पर न जाने ऐसी कितनी पूजा जी हैं इस समाज में अशिक्षित होने के कारण अपमानित होकर जी रही है या यूँ कह लें कि घुट -घुट कर मर रही है. चंद संस्थाओं के भरोसे या सरकार को कोसने से तो काम होने से रहा, सबको अपनी सामर्थ के अनुसार अशिक्षा जैसे कलंक को दूर करने हेतु प्रयास करने होंगे....

ABOUT THE WORKSHOP

Google education technology for the classroom provides educators with tools for digital portfolios, online assessment, data visualization, word processing, peer-to-peer collaboration, and more. These tools can play big roles in the classroom and information sharing. These tools from Google, whether old and familiar or new and improved, help to keep educators and students inspired, inventive, and organized. Google tools like Google Drive and Google Classroom serves as a hub for the exchange of information. By learning to use these resources, an educator can better manage the different pieces of work they create and students turn in. This workshop will focus on the use of Google tools to help manage the steady flow of work. We will explore the different ways; educators can create a digital environment by using Google tools as a hub to connect resources with students/users. Participants will have an opportunity to explore all aspects of Google tools available for educators.

OBJECTIVE OF THE WORKSHOP

The goal of this workshop is to promote the use of Google tools that help success for teachers, and most importantly students. This workshop is designed to transform the traditional learning environment beyond the classroom walls and hands-on training will be provided for freely available Google tools. The workshop will consist of modules based on a topic. Participants will be engaged in learning about the many aspects of Google tools and how these tools can be implemented within their institution.
